The AmazonBasic Ultra Thin Amplified Antenna is both an indoor and outdoor antenna that has a 50 to 60 mile reception range. This sleek unit also has the built in CleanPeak filter technology that provides low noise, state-of-the-art amplification and can withstand all weather and lightning conditions. It can be mounted in the attic or outside and is very easy to setup.

The Good

The AmazonBasics antenna is made by Amazon so you know off top that you are in good hands with this product. It has all the bells and whistles like other antennas but this antenna can also be installed both indoors and outdoors. This TV antenna also comes with the built in CleanPeak filter technology which provides low noise, state-of-the-art amplification and is one of the top features in many of the best antennas out today.

The Bad

Being made by Amazon doesn't give it much room for error, but it does has some downsides. While this antenna can be placed in the attic and still receive good reception, it seems like this antenna works a lot better when it is installed outside. 

This doesn't mean high on the roof which will probably be the best spot, but somewhere outside on a ledge or by the window so it can be in plain view for better reception. This also means having to run cable from the outside to your TV which many people dislike doing.
